To be eligible for a Visitor Visa, applicants must provide evidence of their genuine purpose for visiting Australia, such as travel itineraries, return flights, or business invitations. It’s important to note that the Visitor Visa does not allow for work or study in Australia. If you intend to work or study in Australia, you must apply for a different visa. The length of stay allowed under the Visitor Visa is determined by the Department of Home Affairs and can be less than 12 months. It’s also important to comply with the visa conditions, such as not overstaying the visa or engaging in unauthorized activities.
